Tonight's the night.

Nick and I have been dating for a few months now and tonight I meet the parents and brothers. It's been a while since I've had to meet parents (and then they didn't live in state so I never saw them anyway). Nick's parents live in state, hell same general area so it better go well. At least I look cute. I should have taken a picture of my outfit. Maybe later. But I look very Parisian. Black and white striped dress and red flats. I have to leave straight from work so hopefully I won't be too disheveled. I will leave you with a picture of my dog being adorable.

My leggings came today. They are from PandaChunk's store on etsy. I think I'm going to wear them inside out. The color is a bit duller, which I like. I can't wait to finish this up!

Saturday night

Nick and I did scary movie Saturday last night and watched the ring, psycho and alien. We also had a bunch of margaritas and tacos and all kinds of fun beer. Dexter couldn't help but cuddle. Or maybe he wanted my beer.

Costume update!

I just got an email from amazon and the last part of my costume has shipped! I'm a little nervous because this part may be tricky and I only have one shot. I'm so excited for the costume. I love the tardis! Check back for updates. I'm still trying to figure out my schedule for the week. Nick and I are going to cave pumpkins sometime this week, so that would probably be a good time to finish the tardis dress. Oh, and I'm meeting his parents this week. Yikes.

P.s. I took the picture of the tardis and comic con last year. I just about lost it when I saw it!

Halloween costume

I was going to make my Halloween costume this weekend, but I didn't have all the supplies I needed. So I didn't get far, but I did some of it. The costume should be complete by the end of the week (it has to be..... I have a party to go to on Friday).

It's been so long!

Eek! I haven't posted in almost two months. I need to get on this. I have many updates in my life and interesting things are to come. Just wait.

Overdue

I haven't posted in a while. I don't have many readers, so no one is missing anything, but I enjoy posting for myself.

Has anyone tried online dating? I signed up with Match.com and actually subscribed. EEK! I really didn't think I would do it so soon, but I figured, why wait? I probably won't actually date anyone for a while, but I might as well see who is out there and go on some dates. I actually winked at someone and sent him a message. I'm kind of embarrassed but I know I shouldn't be.

What do you think? Have you tried it? Was it successful? My sister is getting married in a week to some she met on Match and he is wonderful!
